The PRC service center in the Department of Pharmaceutical Health Services Research at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy has been providing a wide range of services to UMB campus investigators for more than 15 years. Services include analytics (discovery, interpretation, and communication of meaningful patterns in data), SAS programming, data management, statistics, and epidemiology to support health services researchers. The PRC can guide researchers on how to obtain data from outside sources (e.g., CMS, DHMH, and UMBC), secure Memorandums of Understanding or Data Use Agreements, and assist investigators in securing IRB approval.

The PRC service center maintains the Pharmaceutical Health Services Research (PHSR) Community Database Program that oversees several large data sets. Data sets are available to UMB faculty members for research and publications. Contact 410-706-5315 or prc@rx.umaryland.edu.

The School of Nursing Office of Research and Scholarship provides biostatistical services to support UMSON faculty and students for proposal applications and data analysis post-awards.
